Cloud Solution Architect
Job Description
As Cloud Solution Architect at CloudlyIO, you will be the technical authority behind the cloud infrastructure that powers our enterprise AI products and serves our global customers. You will design end-to-end cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP, establishing the scalability, security, and cost discipline that mission-critical AI deployments demand. This is not a role for someone who designs in theory and hands off to others. You will own architectural decisions from initial assessment through implementation, and you will be accountable for their outcomes. CloudlyIO's products touch telecommunications operators, hospital systems, and industrial enterprises: the infrastructure you design has to be right.
Job Requirement
- Design end-to-end cloud architecture solutions for CloudlyIO's enterprise products and clients across AWS, Azure, and GCP, covering compute, networking, storage, security, and data layers
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to cloud best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements across all environments
- Design scalable, highly available, and cost-optimized cloud infrastructures that support mission-critical AI workloads including real-time inference, multi-tenant SaaS platforms, and edge-integrated deployments
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, and ARM Templates, establishing repeatable, auditable, and version-controlled infrastructure provisioning
- Design multi-cloud and hybrid cloud architectures that ensure seamless integration across platforms and customer deployment environments
- Establish cloud governance frameworks covering security policies, compliance standards (HIPAA, SOC2, GDPR, PCI DSS), and FinOps cost management practices
- Collaborate with security teams to implement Zero Trust Architecture, IAM policies, KMS-based encryption, WAF configurations, and defense-in-depth controls
- Design disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity strategies appropriate for enterprise healthcare, telecom, and industrial customer SLAs
- Design and implement monitoring, logging, and observability frameworks using Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, and Datadog
- Create and maintain architecture documentation, design patterns, and reference architectures that engineering teams can build from with confidence
- Conduct cloud architecture assessments and deliver optimization recommendations covering reliability, security, performance, and cost
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams on cloud architecture principles and best practices
- Evaluate and recommend cloud services, tools, and technologies aligned with CloudlyIO's product roadmap and customer requirements
