Marketing Specialist, Healthcare AI
Job Description
As Marketing Specialist for the Healthcare Industry, you will own the day-to-day marketing presence for CloudlyIO's full healthcare AI portfolio. Your audience includes physicians, clinical IT directors, hospital administrators, CMOs, and health system CIOs who are simultaneously the most important and the most skeptical buyers in enterprise AI.Healthcare AI marketing carries a responsibility that most other technology categories do not. Overstating capabilities, understating safety requirements, or treating clinical AI as equivalent to any other software category will not just lose deals; it will damage the trust that CloudlyIO has worked hard to build in this industry. Your content must be accurate, evidence-based, and written with genuine respect for the clinical environment and the patients at the center of it.
Job Requirement
- Create, schedule, and manage daily and weekly content across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, and relevant healthcare IT, clinical informatics, and health system communities
- Write technically accurate and clinically sensitive blog posts, social copy, case studies, white papers, and short-form video scripts that communicate real healthcare AI outcomes across clinical decision support, hospital operations, workforce intelligence, and population health
- Translate CloudlyIO's healthcare AI capabilities into content that speaks authentically to both frontline clinical staff and executive healthcare buyers, using evidence and outcomes rather than hype
- Coordinate with product, engineering, clinical advisory, and compliance teams to ensure all content is factually accurate, appropriately caveated, and reflects CloudlyIO's commitment to safe, compliant AI in healthcare
- Execute multi-channel campaigns targeting hospital systems, clinic chains, health platforms, integrated delivery networks, and healthcare IT organizations
- Support ABM efforts by researching target healthcare accounts, identifying clinical IT and executive contacts, and preparing account-specific campaign materials
- Engage authentically with healthcare AI, clinical informatics, and health IT communities on behalf of CloudlyIO, building presence in professional networks where responsible AI adoption in healthcare is being actively discussed
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media analytics, and report on results with actionable recommendations
- Maintain content calendars, campaign trackers, and reporting dashboards for the Healthcare vertical
YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE
- 1 to 2 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or a closely related role within a B2B technology, healthcare, or life sciences environment
- Strong writing skills and a demonstrated sensitivity to the standards that healthcare marketing demands: you understand the difference between marketing software and marketing AI that influences clinical decisions
- Genuine curiosity about healthcare, patient outcomes, and what responsible AI in medicine looks like in practice
- Hands-on experience managing social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, with results you can speak to
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot or Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and social scheduling platforms
- A detail-oriented, evidence-first approach to content: you verify before you publish and you never overstate what the technology can do
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple content workstreams and compliance review requirements simultaneously
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior exposure to healthcare technology, clinical software, health IT, digital health, or life sciences marketing
- Familiarity with HIPAA considerations in marketing contexts, EHR ecosystems, or clinical workflow discussions
- Understanding of the difference between clinical decision support, ambient AI, and diagnostic AI and how each is positioned for healthcare buyers
- Experience engaging with healthcare professional communities on LinkedIn or industry platforms such as HIMSS or HLTH
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Health Sciences, Public Health, Health Informatics, or a related field
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Salary: Competitive and negotiable based on experience
- Two annual festive bonuses, each equivalent to half a month's salary
- Two-day weekends, 10 days casual leave, 10 days sick leave, and 14 public holidays per CloudlyIO's global holiday calendar for Bangladesh
- Fully subsidized lunch and evening snacks, plus tea and coffee throughout the day
- Direct exposure to US clients and teams, working on cutting-edge enterprise AI products from day one
