Marketing Specialist, Industrial AI

Job Description

As Marketing Specialist for the Industrial Industry, you will own the day-to-day marketing presence for CloudlyIO's industrial AI portfolio. Your audience includes plant managers, maintenance engineers, VP of Operations, OT/IT leaders, and industrial technology executives at manufacturing plants, energy companies, and industrial enterprises.Industrial buyers are among the most skeptical audiences in enterprise technology. They have seen software vendors make promises that fell apart the moment they met a real plant floor. They measure outcomes in uptime, scrap rates, energy costs, and safety incidents, not in slide deck metrics. Your content needs to speak that language: operational, specific, grounded in real industrial outcomes, and respectful of an environment where AI has to earn its place alongside decades of engineering knowledge.

Job Requirement

  • Create, schedule, and manage daily and weekly content across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, and relevant industrial automation, manufacturing technology, and OT communities
  • Write technically grounded blog posts, social copy, case studies, white papers, and short-form video scripts that communicate real industrial AI outcomes across predictive maintenance, production optimization, energy intelligence, and worker safety, in terms that plant engineers and operations directors recognize and respect
  • Translate CloudlyIO's industrial AI capabilities, including OT/IT integration, edge deployment, and private AI models, into content that resonates with both technical OT audiences and business decision-makers
  • Coordinate with product, engineering, and solution teams to ensure all content accurately reflects CloudlyIO's industrial AI capabilities and real customer outcomes
  • Execute multi-channel campaigns targeting manufacturing plants, industrial enterprises, energy companies, and operations-heavy organizations across relevant industrial sectors
  • Support ABM efforts by researching target industrial accounts, identifying operations and engineering decision-makers, and preparing account-specific campaign materials
  • Engage authentically with industrial automation, OT technology, and smart manufacturing communities on behalf of CloudlyIO, building credible presence in forums and professional networks where Industry 4.0 adoption is actively discussed
  • Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media analytics, and report on results with actionable recommendations
  • Maintain content calendars, campaign trackers, and reporting dashboards for the Industrial vertical
YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or a closely related role within a B2B technology, industrial, or manufacturing environment
  • Strong writing skills and a genuine willingness to go deep on industrial operations subject matter: you do not need an engineering background, but you need to be willing to learn enough about PLCs, SCADA, predictive maintenance, and plant floor operations to write about them with authentic credibility
  • A clear understanding of why industrial buyers are skeptical of technology vendors and how to build content that earns trust through operational specificity rather than demanding it through generic AI claims
  • Hands-on experience managing social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, with results you can speak to
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot or Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and social scheduling platforms
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple content workstreams and deadlines simultaneously
  • A self-starter approach: you identify content opportunities and follow through without needing to be directed at every step

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Prior exposure to industrial automation, operational technology, manufacturing technology, smart factory initiatives, or engineering services marketing
  • Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts, predictive maintenance, OT/IT convergence, or industrial energy management at a foundational level
  • Experience creating content for technically sophisticated, skeptical B2B audiences in operationally sensitive environments
  • Engagement with industrial or manufacturing professional communities on LinkedIn or industry platforms such as Hannover Messe, ARC Advisory, or MESA International
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
  • Salary: Competitive and negotiable based on experience
  • Two annual festive bonuses, each equivalent to half a month's salary
  • Two-day weekends, 10 days casual leave, 10 days sick leave, and 14 public holidays per CloudlyIO's global holiday calendar for Bangladesh
  • Fully subsidized lunch and evening snacks, plus tea and coffee throughout the day
  • Direct exposure to US clients and teams, working on cutting-edge enterprise AI products from day one
