Marketing Specialist, Network AI
Job Description
As Marketing Specialist for the Communication Industry, you will own the day-to-day marketing presence for CloudlyIO's entire network AI portfolio as it applies to communication operators and enterprise networks. Your audience includes RAN engineers, network operations center teams, OSS/BSS architects, and CTO-level technology executives at some of the most operationally demanding organizations in the world. These are people who have heard every AI pitch in the industry. They have seen vendors overpromise and underdeliver on network intelligence for years. Your content will earn their attention only if it is technically grounded, operationally relevant, and free of the kind of generic AI language that fills every conference floor. Your job is to be different: credible, specific, and worth reading.
Job Requirement
- Create, schedule, and manage daily and weekly content across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, and relevant telecom, open RAN, and network operations communities
- Write technically accurate blog posts, social copy, case studies, white papers, and short-form video scripts that communicate real OPEX reduction, fault prediction, and NOC automation outcomes across the communication industry
- Translate CloudlyIO's network AI capabilities, including predictive fault management, RAN performance intelligence, and capacity planning, into content that resonates with both network engineers and business decision-makers
- Coordinate with product, engineering, and solution teams to ensure all content reflects accurate, real-world network AI capabilities and customer outcomes
- Execute multi-channel campaigns targeting Mobile Network Operators, ISPs, FTTH providers, and enterprise connectivity organizations
- Support ABM efforts by researching target communication industry accounts, identifying technical and business contacts, and preparing account-specific campaign materials
- Engage authentically with open RAN communities, telecom industry forums, and the Linux Foundation Maveric ecosystem on behalf of CloudlyIO
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media analytics, and report on results with actionable recommendations
- Maintain content calendars, campaign trackers, and reporting dashboards for the Communication vertical
YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE
- 1 to 2 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or a closely related role within a B2B technology or enterprise software environment
- Strong writing skills and a genuine willingness to learn the communication industry deeply enough that your content reflects authentic understanding of network operations challenges, not just surface familiarity
- Curiosity about how networks work and why AI-driven automation matters for operators managing thousands of cell sites and millions of subscribers
- Hands-on experience managing social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, with results you can point to
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot or Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and social scheduling platforms
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple content workstreams and deadlines simultaneously
- A self-starter approach: you spot content opportunities, propose ideas, and follow through without needing constant direction
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior exposure to telecommunications, network operations, OSS/BSS systems, or enterprise connectivity marketing
- Familiarity with 4G/5G networks, FTTH, NOC operations, or telecom OPEX management concepts
- Experience engaging with technical communities on LinkedIn, GitHub, or industry platforms
- Exposure to cloud partner ecosystems such as AWS or Google Cloud
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field
