Product Manager, CloudlyCare
Job Description
As Product Manager for CloudlyCare, you will own the roadmap for one of the most consequential AI systems CloudlyIO builds. Every feature you prioritize, every capability you define, and every tradeoff you make ultimately affects clinicians and patients. That accountability shapes everything about how this role operates. You will work closely with clinical advisors, healthcare IT leaders, ML engineers, and compliance experts to build a product that earns the trust of the medical professionals who use it every day. You need to understand the clinical environment well enough to ask the right questions, and the AI architecture well enough to make informed decisions about what is technically feasible and safe.
ABOUT CLOUDLYCARE
CloudlyCare is an Agentic Clinical Decision Support System built on a hierarchical multi-agent architecture spanning 7 specialized agents and 11 medical domains. It delivers a sub-0.1% hallucination rate, evidence-based recommendations with confidence scores on every output, five-layer drug safety checking, and FHIR R4 EHR integration with Epic, Cerner, and others. Validated with 92.3% diagnostic accuracy and 89% reduction in prescription errors, it supports faster, safer clinical decisions while keeping the clinician in control at every step.Job Requirement
- Own and maintain the CloudlyCare product roadmap including multi-agent architecture evolution, clinical domain coverage expansion, safety and compliance features, EHR integration improvements, and clinician-facing UX
- Conduct ongoing discovery with hospital systems, clinic chains, healthcare IT leaders, and frontline clinicians to understand their workflows, documentation burden, diagnostic challenges, and technology constraints
- Define safety requirements, confidence threshold policies, and human-in-the-loop escalation criteria in collaboration with clinical advisors and the ML engineering team
- Write clear, detailed product requirements for complex, safety-critical features that engineering teams can build from with full understanding of intent and constraints
- Lead compliance roadmap planning in coordination with legal and engineering, tracking HIPAA, EU AI Act, and FDA AI/ML guidance developments that affect the product
- Define and track clinical validation benchmarks and product quality metrics that matter to healthcare buyers, not just engineering
- Lead go-to-market planning for new clinical domain coverage and platform features in collaboration with marketing and sales
- Represent CloudlyCare customer and patient needs in all internal discussions and maintain the team's alignment on the core mission: reducing diagnostic errors and documentation burden without introducing new clinical risk
YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE
- 2 to 4 years of product management experience, ideally at a healthcare technology, clinical AI, or health IT company
- Genuine understanding of clinical workflows and the pressures that physicians, nurses, and clinical staff operate under: you do not need a medical degree, but you need to have spent real time with clinicians understanding their day
- Experience managing product development in a regulated environment where compliance and safety requirements are genuine constraints, not footnotes
- Demonstrated ability to write requirements for complex, safety-critical systems with the precision those systems demand
- Strong stakeholder management skills across clinical, IT, compliance, and executive audiences within healthcare organizations
- Analytical discipline: you define what clinical validation success looks like before building and you evaluate outcomes honestly against those standards
- Comfort working with ML teams on safety-relevant model decisions including confidence calibration, hallucination mitigation, and escalation design
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with clinical decision support systems, healthcare AI, or EHR-integrated software products
- Familiarity with FHIR R4, HL7, or clinical data interoperability standards
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance requirements, EU AI Act obligations, or FDA AI/ML guidance in a product context
- Experience shipping AI or ML-powered features with safety requirements in a regulated industry
- Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

- Fully subsidized lunch and evening snacks, plus tea and coffee throughout the day
