Product Manager, CloudlyNet

Job Description

As Product Manager for CloudlyNet, you will own the roadmap, strategy, and delivery outcomes for the platform and everything inside it: the rApps, the Bayesian Digital Twin, the AI Copilot, the SaaS workflow tooling, and the multi-tenant governance layer. You will spend significant time with telecom operators and enterprise network customers understanding what they actually need, and equal time with ML engineers and solution engineers turning those insights into product decisions that ship and deliver value. This role requires genuine curiosity about how networks work and why RAN optimization matters. The best product decisions for CloudlyNet will come from a PM who understands the difference between a meaningful KPI improvement and a misleading one.

ABOUT CLOUDLYNET
CloudlyNet is a RAN optimization platform that uses a Bayesian Digital Twin with real UE data to reduce energy waste, balance network load, improve mobility, and close coverage gaps. Its rApps cover Energy Saving, Load Balancing, Mobility Robustness Optimization, and Coverage and Capacity Optimization, operating through automated SaaS workflows with an AI Copilot that delivers operator-ready insights, recommended experiments, and full run history. Customers are telecom operators and enterprise network teams who trust CloudlyNet to reduce OPEX and improve subscriber quality of experience.

Job Requirement

  • Own and maintain the CloudlyNet product roadmap, prioritizing rApp development, Digital Twin capability improvements, AI Copilot features, and platform tooling based on customer impact and strategic fit
  • Conduct ongoing discovery with telecom operators, enterprise network teams, and RAN engineers to deeply understand their optimization workflows, evaluation criteria, and unmet needs
  • Write clear, detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for ML engineers, platform engineers, and the AI Copilot team
  • Define success metrics for every feature and use data and customer feedback to evaluate whether what was built is delivering the intended value
  • Lead go-to-market planning for new rApps and platform capabilities in close collaboration with marketing and sales
  • Monitor competitive developments in RAN optimization, open RAN tooling, and network AI, and incorporate relevant insights into roadmap decisions
  • Represent CloudlyNet customer needs in all internal discussions and maintain alignment across engineering, sales, and marketing on what problems the product solves and why
  • Engage with the Linux Foundation Maveric open-source community as a product stakeholder and bring relevant community insights into the CloudlyNet roadmap
YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE

  • 2 to 4 years of product management experience, ideally at a B2B technology, SaaS, or AI/ML company
  • Genuine curiosity about telecommunications networks: you want to understand what OPEX pressure means for a network operator and why a 2% energy saving improvement matters at scale
  • Demonstrated ability to own a product area and make prioritization decisions with incomplete information
  • Strong written communication: your requirements documents, user stories, and one-pagers are clear enough that engineers can build from them without constant clarification
  • Experience working closely with ML or data science teams and comfort discussing model tradeoffs in product terms
  • Analytical instincts: you define meaningful success metrics before building and you use data to evaluate outcomes honestly
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with both technical buyers and business stakeholders in enterprise environments

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience with telecommunications, network management, or RAN optimization products
  • Familiarity with open RAN architectures, network KPIs, or telecom OPEX management
  • Experience shipping AI or ML-powered product features in a production environment
  • Familiarity with multi-tenant SaaS platforms and enterprise governance requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
  • Salary: Competitive base, negotiable based on experience
  • Performance-based commission structure: your earnings scale directly with your results
  • Two annual festive bonuses, each equivalent to half a month's salary
  • Two-day weekends, 10 days casual leave, 10 days sick leave, and 14 public holidays per CloudlyIO's global holiday calendar for Bangladesh
  • Fully subsidized lunch and evening snacks, plus tea and coffee throughout the day
  • Direct collaboration with US clients and teams, with real exposure to global enterprise AI deals from day one
