Job Description
As Solution Engineer for CloudlyCare, you will work with hospitals, clinic chains, and health platforms to integrate an AI clinical decision support system into some of the most complex, regulated, and sensitive technical environments in enterprise technology. You will lead the technical side of every customer engagement, from initial EHR compatibility assessment through clinical workflow integration, compliance validation, and go-live support.Healthcare buyers require a level of technical rigor, compliance awareness, and clinical sensitivity that demands more than standard SaaS implementation skills. ABOUT CLOUDLYCARE
CloudlyCare is an Agentic Clinical Decision Support System built on a hierarchical multi-agent architecture spanning 7 specialized agents and 11 medical domains. It delivers a sub-0.1% hallucination rate, evidence-based recommendations with confidence scores, five-layer drug safety checking, and FHIR R4 EHR integration with Epic, Cerner, and others. Validated with 92.3% diagnostic accuracy and 89% reduction in prescription errors, it is built to augment clinicians without removing them from the decision.Job Requirement
- Lead technical discovery with healthcare IT teams to understand their EHR environment, clinical workflows, data architecture, and compliance requirements before any integration begins
- Assess and document FHIR R4 compatibility across customer EHR systems including Epic, Cerner, and others, and design integration architectures that minimize clinical workflow disruption
- Own CloudlyCare proof-of-concept and pilot engagements: configure multi-agent workflows for target clinical domains, set up EHR data connections, define confidence threshold parameters, and validate outputs against customer-specific clinical scenarios
- Work alongside the sales team in pre-sales technical conversations, handling detailed questions about architecture, safety mechanisms, compliance posture, and clinical validation methodology
- Configure human-in-the-loop escalation rules, confidence score thresholds, and clinical domain coverage parameters for each customer deployment
- Support customers through HIPAA compliance validation, EU AI Act compliance assessment, and internal clinical governance review processes
- Maintain integration guides, deployment documentation, and implementation playbooks for CloudlyCare customer engagements
- Relay customer integration feedback, clinical workflow observations, and feature requests to the CloudlyCare product and engineering teams
YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE
- 2 to 4 years of experience in solution engineering, healthcare IT consulting, technical implementation, or clinical systems integration
- Working familiarity with FHIR R4 and at least one major EHR system such as Epic or Cerner
- Understanding of HIPAA compliance requirements in a technical implementation context
- Experience conducting technical evaluations or pilots in healthcare or similarly regulated environments
- Ability to navigate sensitive conversations about AI safety, clinical risk, and compliance with healthcare IT and clinical leadership teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adjust depth and tone for clinical, IT, and executive audiences
- Proficiency in Python, REST APIs, or equivalent for configuration, data validation, and integration scripting
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience integrating clinical AI, health IT software, or medical devices into hospital environments
- Knowledge of clinical coding standards such as ICD-10, SNOMED, or RxNorm
- Familiarity with the EU AI Act, FDA AI/ML guidance, or other healthcare AI regulatory frameworks
- Experience with HL7 messaging standards or clinical data interoperability frameworks
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field
