Solution Engineer, CloudlyNet

Job Description

As Solution Engineer for CloudlyNet, you are the technical authority that enterprise telecom operators and network teams rely on when evaluating, deploying, and optimizing their CloudlyNet implementation. You will lead proof-of-concept engagements that demonstrate measurable KPI and ROI outcomes, architect integration solutions for customer network environments, and serve as the trusted technical partner throughout the customer lifecycle.Telecom buyers are deeply technical and highly skeptical of AI hype. Your credibility with a senior RAN engineer or a network operations lead is what moves deals forward and keeps customers confident after deployment.

ABOUT CLOUDLYNET
CloudlyNet is a RAN optimization platform that uses a Bayesian Digital Twin with real UE data to reduce energy waste, balance network load, improve mobility, and close coverage gaps. Its rApps for Energy Saving, Load Balancing, Mobility Robustness Optimization, and Coverage and Capacity Optimization operate through automated SaaS workflows, while an AI Copilot delivers operator-ready insights, recommended experiments, and full run history. The result is lower OPEX, more stable network performance, and faster optimization cycles.

Job Requirement

  • Lead technical discovery with telecom operators and enterprise network teams to understand their RAN environment, data availability, existing tooling, and optimization priorities
  • Design and present CloudlyNet integration architectures tailored to each customer's network topology, data infrastructure, and operational workflows
  • Own proof-of-concept and pilot engagements end to end: scope the pilot, configure the environment, upload and validate UE datasets, run rApp evaluations, and deliver KPI and ROI reports
  • Work alongside the sales team in pre-sales technical conversations, handling detailed product, integration, and data questions with authority
  • Configure multi-tenant RBAC settings, API integrations, and SaaS workflow parameters for customer environments
  • Support customers in interpreting AI Copilot outputs, understanding KPI deltas, and translating recommendations into operator actions
  • Build and maintain integration guides, deployment documentation, and pilot templates for CloudlyNet customer engagements
  • Relay customer feedback, integration pain points, and feature requests to the CloudlyNet product and engineering teams
  • Contribute to the Linux Foundation Maveric community and relevant open RAN technical discussions where appropriate
YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in solution engineering, pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or network systems integration
  • Strong understanding of telecom network architecture including RAN concepts, network KPIs, and operator OPEX challenges
  • Ability to work confidently with UE datasets, network topology configurations, and API-first SaaS platforms
  • Experience conducting technical product evaluations or proof-of-concept engagements with enterprise customers
  • Proficiency in Python or equivalent scripting for data handling, validation, and light configuration work
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to network engineers and business stakeholders alike
  • Comfort working with cloud-hosted SaaS platforms and REST API documentation

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience working at or with telecom operators, RAN vendors, or network equipment providers
  • Familiarity with 4G/5G network architecture, RAN optimization concepts, or network management systems
  • Knowledge of the Linux Foundation Maveric project or open RAN ecosystems
  • Experience with multi-tenant enterprise SaaS platforms and enterprise API integration patterns
  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
  • Salary: Competitive base, negotiable based on experience
  • Performance-based commission structure: your earnings scale directly with your results
  • Two annual festive bonuses, each equivalent to half a month's salary
  • Two-day weekends, 10 days casual leave, 10 days sick leave, and 14 public holidays per CloudlyIO's global holiday calendar for Bangladesh
  • Fully subsidized lunch and evening snacks, plus tea and coffee throughout the day
  • Direct collaboration with US clients and teams, with real exposure to global enterprise AI deals from day one
